This is a beautiful home in Morrisville area of Pennsylvania renting two rooms with a private bathroom and living room, has dining room, kitchen. The second bedroom can be used as storage, study, private seating room. The first floor of my home comes furnished but if Furnishings are not desired I would store them in the second bedroom. You would have a private front porch, parking in the front of the porch. I park in the rear and enter the home through the rear of the first floor to get to the second floor. Kitchen would be shared but other than that the whole first floor is all yours. There is a fenced in backyard, cats are not welcome, but if you have a puppy that's a big bonus for my puppy that does come inside evenings to spend the night upstairs with me. Very friendly, but not too friendly. No smoking in the house. Renting "two rooms" out at once not one!
