Residents are responsible for electricity through Duquesne Light Company. At this time, no water or sewer charges are being passed through to residents; utility billing for water and sewer will begin once a Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS) is implemented. All residents are required to maintain renter’s insurance, and a $15.00 monthly trash fee applies. All applicants must: • 18 years of age or older • Provide government issued ID • Income qualifications must be proven as a minimum of 4 times the rent • Applicants must prove a minimum of 1 year on the job if not on a fixed income *If starting new employment an official offer letter must be supplied and previous employment must be proven to be a minimum of 1 year. • Applicants are required to complete a credit and background check, the cost of which is $35.00. • A deposit must be paid at the time of approval in order to remove a unit from the market. • Rental verifications of previous addresses will be completed for all applicants • Applications are not considered complete without payment of application fee and hold fee. ***Applications must be submitted with the above information to be considered; it will take at minimum 24-48 hours to process the application.
