27 year old male renting the basement flat of his house in the burbs. I live in the upstairs part of the house. In essence, we will be sharing. I will use the upstairs. You will use the basement flat. We will share the kitchen though there is still a lot of privacy.
There is a private cellar ground level entrance along with second floor entrance.
Use of full kitchen on main floor but also has mid sized fridge, double sink and plenty of cabinetry to set up kitchen in the flat.
Water, trash, sewer, heat, a/c and internet included. Heat is on two separate zones.
Bedroom with newly installed carpet and good sized closet.
Full bathroom.
Living space and plenty of open area.
Back fenced yard and covered patio. Grille available for cook outs.
Off street parking.
Washer and dryer included.
Small to mid sized dogs will be considered. I have the most friendly, playful, harmless young red nosed pit. My girlfriend also spends a lot of time there but she would never go into the flat.
