Set behind a horseshoe driveway and perched on a large deck, it is outfitted with very comfortable beds, an intimate living room just off the open-concept kitchen, dining area next to large sliding glass doors, and a new washing machine and dryer! The kitchen is fully-stocked and features chic appliances surrounded by white shaker cabinets and beautiful butcher block countertops. The round kitchen table with metal farmhouse chairs is perfect for 4 to dine comfortably, but can easily expand to seat 6! After dinner our guests can relax in the living room and enjoy their favorite streaming services on the 55” 4k smart TV. Retire for the night by indulging with the rainfall showerhead in the bathroom stocked with plenty of room to hang towels and robes. Enjoy peace of mind knowing the water line is equipped with a whole-home filter and has passed a 13-stage water test. Then enjoy one of the best sleeps of your life on any of the 2 queen or 2 twin mattresses (1 nectar bed and 1 pillowtop each to best meet your sleep needs). The neighborhood is very safe, but rest assured knowing all doors are securely locked with rail bars on the sliders and a monitored keyless smart lock on the entry door. This home is part of the Emerald Lakes Community in Long Pond, and for an additional charge paid to the HOA, our guests can enjoy all of the amenities and activities ELA offers! Including the club house just a couple streets from the home complete with indoor pool, game room, and restaurant/bar. Outdoor amenities include boat access on the lakes, beaches, fishing, swimming pools, and tennis/basketball courts. There is also plenty to do within a short drive of your stay! Kalahari indoor water park and Pocono Manor Golf Course are only 8 minutes away by car, Camelback Mountain (skiing, indoor waterpark, amusement park) is 10 minutes, The Outlets are 12 minutes, Mount Airy Casino is 13 minutes, Stroudsburg is 20 minutes, and several State Parks, Gamelands, and shooting ranges are 15-30 minutes away! There are also several restaurants, grocery, convenience, and supply stores just up the road! This home is designed for our extended-stay guests. We are flexible to accommodate any stay longer than this. All guests must abide by the HOA’s rules listed below; No fireworks permitted. Guests who disregard this rule will incur a $500 charge for each cited complaint. No hunting. Although there are many deer in the area that you can observe from a distance. Please be mindful when driving. Fishing is limited to catch and release only within the HOA. No discharging of weapons within the HOA. Guests will own and pay directly for utilities (electric only) because this is an apartment-style rental. Please be mindful of the thermostats. Heat is provided through electric baseboards and can be stout in the winter. For this reason we reduce the rental payment in the winter months. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE! Bears and other animals live in the Poconos too and you will attract them. Trash and recycling is collected at the HOA compactor on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It is a 7-minute drive from our end of the HOA. You will have a guest pass you must use for access at the gate. A security deposit of $500 will be held for the duration of your stay. It will be refunded to you in part or in whole less any damages, remaining trash, or stolen property promptly assessed after your departure. Use of wood burning stove is currently prohibited. No pets allowed. No smoking indoors.
