Water, sewer and trash is included in the rent. This house is no smoking and renter's insurance is required. Residents will be enrolled in Resident Benefit Package that includes renter's insurance and credit building for $25/month. One pet can be accepted with a non refundable $300 pet fee and increased monthly rent by $35 for a cat or $50 for a dog. Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $35 each.
