This apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd story of the home. It's a spacious two bedroom, one bathroom unit with lots of natural lighting. The unit has lots of closets, providing plenty of storage space. The location is walking distance to a laundromat, not far from the town center, and near restaurants and coffee shops. Heat is oil heat, and tenants will pay for all utilities. We allow ONLY hypoallergenic pets with a $300 nonrefundable pet deposit + a monthly pet fee. There is currently some furniture in the unit that can be used by the next tenant (see photos); otherwise, we will remove it.
