You will need to bring a current credit report with you when you come to see the apartment. To get a free copy of your credit report let me know and I can give you the website. This site is recommended by the 3 reporting companies and it's free.
One year minimum lease is required. We do a thorough background check on all applicants and looking for a tenant with good credit and steady employment. No smoke, pets or drugs. Prefer $4,000 minimum income. Tenant pays electric and heat.
