This Lovely Carriage House style apartment is located in a quaint little section of Cabbage Hill. Only about 6 blocks from downtown Lancaster City... rich with culture, art and great food! (8 blocks to the convention center) Vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make this second-floor unit feel spacious and welcoming. Feel free to relax on the patio or hang out in the yard. This apartment is attached to our house, so the patio and yard are shared spaces. Washer and dryer are provided and are location in the unit. The heat is electric baseboard but the walls are well insulated. 2 window AC units are provided and provides adequate cooling. 1 Dog is permitted with a $50 per fee per month. 1 Cat is allowed for free.
