Affordable non smoking housing for income qualified households. All households will be accepted or rejected for occupancy based on our Tenant Selection Policy. All households' gross income must fall below limits set by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program to qualify for initial occupancy. Rents will range between $0 and $770 based on income and whether Rental Assistance is available or not. Rent includes garbage, sewer and water. Tenant pays electric. If no in house Rental Assistance is available, we will accept HUD VOUCHERS or other types of outside subsidy. Range, refrigerator, dishwasher, air conditioners furnished.
