Hampden Township, the largest municipality by population in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, sits along the Conodoguinet Creek. Located near Harrisburg, the township offers convenient access via Interstate 81 and Pennsylvania Route 581 (part of Harrisburg's Capital Beltway). The community has grown steadily, with the population increasing from 28,044 in 2010 to 32,761 in 2020.
