We are an apartment community located in the Borough of Hamburg, Pa. The villas are conveniently located within walking distance to local grocery stores, restaurants, and historic downtown Hamburg, while being only minutes from Interstate 78, Route 61, local schools and major shopping areas. The apartment units consist of two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, window coverings, walk- in closet, living room, spacious kitchen with an eat in counter and a laundry area for full sized appliances. There is approximately 1,000-1,100sq. feet of living space. The apartments are being offered for $1450 with a one-year lease to qualified applicants. Utilities included are water and sewer (up to 120/quarter). Tenant pays electric. To qualify, there is an application process that everyone over 18 must go through. There is a $25 fee to apply.
