There is another $50 per month added to the rent (only $25 for smaller pets) and our insurance will not allow certain dog breeds, but please ask. There is NO FEE to see the house but you do have to answer our questionnaire online to schedule a showing, and if you do apply for the apartment there is a $49 fee per adult applicant that pays for the required background and credit check, but we don't charge that fee until you're serious.
