The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in East Petersburg with a large yard, a nice screened in porch at the back of the carport and off street parking. The property is close to the East Petersburg pool and access to bike paths that will allow you to safely walk to the East Petersburg park and the center of town. Please call or message me if you have questions or if you would like to setup a time to view the house. If you want to view the house an appointment must be setup. Please respect the privacy of the current tenant if you drive past the home. Heat is an oil boiler. Air conditioning is paid by tenant(s). Refrigerator, Stove, Washer and Dryer are paid by the tenant. If working appliances are left by the previous tenant you may use them. When the appliances need replaced you must pay the replacement cost and work with the owner to replace them safely without causing damage. Yard mowing is tenant pays for a lawn service. A background check and credit check will be completed at the applicant's expense during the application process.
