Check out Unit number 6, it's a cute studio/efficiency apartment in an awesome, central location. This unit was completely updated from top to bottom a few years ago and it has a newer refrigerator. We use top of the line brand names like Moen, American Standard and Delta. This little apartment is Super nice! It's a quiet building with respectful neighbors. We check into a persons background thoroughly before we approve an applicant, because of this we get great people who tend to stay with us for years. In order to qualify, you need good credit, verifiable income/employment and a clean criminal record. We will send you a list of questions when you contact us to see the place, in order to secure an appointment you need to answer the questions and send them back to us. Qualified applicants are encouraged to Apply! We have a video of the apartment we can send you as well! Close to the airport, Robinson town center, interstate 79 and downtown Pittsburgh. Tenant pays for their electric monthly. Once every 3 months tenant pays for their actual water/sewer/garbage usage. Available May 1st 2025
