This quaint Borough is a welcoming community that has a strong sense of place with specialty shops, locally owned restaurants, and Clarion University Campus lining downtown Main Street. The design of Regency Commons reflects the character of the neighborhood and takes its inspiration from prominent buildings around town with gathering spaces both inside and out, and a wealth of amenities to support today's seniors active lifestyles!
