Rose Rent Lofts — Historic Charm, Modern Comfort, Community at Heart Pet-friendly and community-minded, Rose Rent Lofts brings contemporary living to one of Chambersburg’s most storied landmarks. Originally built as Chambersburg’s high school—portions dating back to 1826—the building was meticulously transformed into 31 unique loft apartments in 2021.
