Below is the information you need to know: Identification and Income: -All applicants must have current photo identification and a valid Social Security number. -The applicant's monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rent and come from a verifiable source. -The landlord only considers applicants with verifiable income. Background Checks:   -All applicants and residents aged 18 and older must undergo a background check. -The applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. -There is a $50 application fee per person. -Applicants must not have any evictions, unpaid judgments from previous landlords, or other civil suits. -Applicants must receive positive references from all landlords and references for the last five years. Leasing Details: -Be open and honest about your past before applying, along with a non-refundable application fee. -After conditional approval, the landlord requires a one-month security deposit payment to remove the property from syndicated sites and payment of the first month's rent before signing the lease. -Residents pay for water, trash, gas (if applicable), and electricity.
