Affordable, non smoking housing designated for income eligible elderly (62 or older), disables or handicapped households only. All households will be accepted or rejected for occupancy based on our Tenant Selection Policy. All households' gross income must fall below limits set by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program to qualify for initial occupancy.
