The Phoenix at Durham Court is located in the heart of the North Hills at 9500 Babcock Blvd., Allison Park, PA 15101. It is an easy bike ride and only a minute drive to North Park, the largest park in Allegheny county with biking and hiking trails, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, ice skating, and golf. You name it, North Park has it. Our location keeps you out of the heavy traffic of McKnight Road and Duncan Avenue, and gives you the feel of a suburban area. Heading away from the park you are only a half mile from UPMC Passavant Hospital and McCandless Crossing with a movie theater, Home Goods, Trader Joes and numerous other stores and restaurants. Venturing out a mile more are all the amenities on McKnight Road, including Ross Park Mall and many other stores, car dealerships, restaurants, and much more.
