Each of our Loft’s unique layouts have plenty of natural light, original hardwood floors and beams, hand crafted fixtures and railings bringing out the history of the building. This Loft has 1 Full Bath and a 1/2 Bath, Utility/Laundry room with washer and dryer, Kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Gas stove/oven, and dishwasher. Water/Sewer and trash is included. Residents pay for Electric and Gas Utilities. Lofts have a maximum limit of 2 people who can live in the unit. Security Deposit is one month’s rent and Lease Term is for 1 year. Our Application Fee is $50.00 per applicant and non-refundable.
