All bathrooms are equipped with filtered water systems. Enjoy access to community amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, a scenic lake, and a sandy beach area. Additional kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent through the HOA. Located in Towamensing Trails, this home offers year-round activities.
