The house is out in the country which is quiet and peaceful. You can see the stars at night and a beautiful sunset from the front porch in the evenings. There are only minimal commercial shops nearby so you will need a vehicle to make it “into town” for any amenities. A few people are currently living in the house together as well as a few resident cats. Everyone has their private spaces but come together once in a while to chat, hang or make dinner. Folks have different schedules so there is always some level of activity, but for the most part it is quiet and a generally chill vibe. House is close to Otter Creek Nature Preserve, Indian steps museum, A wildlife sanctuary and many walking trails. Local farms abound with veggie and fruit stands in season.
