The kitchen is a little kitchenette. It does not have a stove, but you can use a convection oven or air fryer just fine. ALL Utilities are included. That includes cable TV with streaming services. Washer and dryer in the unit. Dogs and cats welcome. Pros: West Linn is the safest city in Oregon. It's surrounded by trees and wildlife with a seasonal creek that runs through during the rainy season. Dogs and kitties are more than welcome. It is accessible to a person in a wheelchair. There is a ramp that leads into the bedroom but it can be removed. Cons: It is the downstairs to a home so there will be some noise. Although it is a daylight basement, it is considered a shared living space technically with a private entrance. Would love to have a person who enjoys gardening. There's lots of property and a large greenhouse you could use. It really is too small for more than two people so please keep that in mind.
