Nice homes - nice views! When you arrive, your first impression will be this home feels so roomy, and bright! And it is comfortable, too! When you walk in and look out the back windows, your view will be of a small tree forest. This popular Bull Mountain neighborhood has abundant trees and sidewalks, attracting families looking for safe streets for walks or for their children to play. If you enjoy walking through nature, walk over to our neighborhood trail that starts on Fern St., a street that feels like it is in the forest. I goes along a shady ravine. Convenience. For groceries, New Seasons, and Safeway are a walkable less than 2 miles. Note, that this is a hilly walk. Bikes struggle to go up my street. Whole foods is on Scholl Ferry and about 2.3 miles away. Summerlake park with pickleball is about 2 miles.The Progress Ridge shopping center (1.2 miles away) has great restaurants, including my favorite - La Provance, that has outdoor seating on the lake and a mini vineyard out front. Ikea just opened a pickup site there. There's an AMC theater, an Ace Hardware and lots of fast and casual food. No buses in the neighborhood. Car or Uber dependant. 2 miles to Pacific Hgwy, and 2 more to Costco, and Washington Square Mall. I can provide fast high speed internet with 3 fast Eero Pro mesh routers in the house. Wired for cable, but I have not subscribed because I get free broadcast TV with small flat antennas, and stream the remainder. If you opt for the internet it is an additional $50 a month. NO Dogs. Cats OK. NO smoking of anything. NO Exceptions. There is a EV car charger for those who drive electric. This house sits on a one third acre lot and has 3600 sf and 2500 is devoted to renting. There is a seperate ADU beneath, that shares the structure, but has its own entrance and living quarters completely seperate from the rental. I am the house owner and I live there half a year and the other half it remains vacant. The garage is for the tenants use exclusively. Please let me know when you would like to tour. The move-in date is flexible. Sometime in the second half of July would be perfect. I am taking 2 weeks to finish some minor indoor improvements and landscaping improvements in the front and back yards, that I would like to finish before renting.
