We pay water, garbage, sewer and lawn care. Please go by and see if you like it, if you are interested there are applications on the fence just inside the yard. Please take one and read it, if you think you qualify please contact us using the information provided on the rental criteria page, we would love to answer any question and show you the apartment. Pictures where taken before this tenant moved in but the unit should look the same. We charge $85.00 dollar to run applications this is refundable if we don't run your app as in we rent to a person that was in line before you. Be honest on the application and with us or your money will simply be wasted. Due to demand sometimes we run out of applications at the unit. Please send me your e-mail address and just say send me an application and I will do it. My e-mail address is on the application box at the apartment. You can e-mail the application back to me or leave it in the brown box which is attached to the fence just inside the yard. If you leave it in the brown box let us know and we will go pick it up. Tenant is still in the unit till the 12th. Please don't disturb.
