Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. Kindly prevent pets from accessing the furniture to avoid excessive hair and dirt accumulation. Parking is available in the driveway next to the front lawn. The concrete slab is reserved for guests staying in the condo. Additional parking is available on the street. Guests are kindly requested to treat their fellow guests with respect while using the pool and hot tub facilities and to be mindful of the neighbors, as any disturbances may lead to complaints. The front yard is exclusively designated for use by occupants of the main house and is not to be shared with other guests.
