This home is located just minutes from both Asante RRMC and Providence Hospital. Any disturbances to neighbors may lead to complaints. The front yard is exclusively designated for use by occupants of the main house and is not to be shared with other guests. If you plan to host an event with more than 12 people (the maximum allowed for overnight stays), you are required to reserve the entire property. To maintain the integrity of the pool pump, refrain from using water balloons in the pool area, as they can cause damage. Parking is available in the driveway next to the front lawn. The concrete slab is reserved for guests staying in the condo. For additional parking options, there is space available on the street.
