There is a large deck off the living area and with a park-like setting for the view. Upper level has a loft plus the primary bedroom w/walk-in closet, lots of storage and 1 bathroom. Absolutely no smoking in or around the home. Small dogs allowed. No cats or caged animals. Must pass application process which includes a $35.00 per person application fee. Tenant responsible for power, Garbage and water/sewer. Owner pays HOA dues which includes yard care. Minimum of a 6-month lease required and tenant to pay the $10 fee to have access to the sports/fitness center. Call office for additional information!
