Loft area has a built-in double desk and upstairs master has vanity and tub in the bedroom area with toilet and shower closed off. Storage unit at the front of the home and large deck off the back. Absolutely no smoking in or around the home and no pets or caged animals. Must pass application process which includes a $35.00 per person application fee. Tenant responsible for power, gas, water/sewer and garbage. Owner pays HOA dues. Minimum of a 6-month lease required and tenant to pay the $10 fee to have access to the sports/fitness center.
