Applicants will need to contact owner to request application(s) be sent to them that they can return to the owner by email along with the application fee being submitted via, Venmo, Zelle, or in person. Viewings are not scheduled until the application has been processed. If an applicant is not selected for a viewing, they will be refunded their application fee(s). Owner pays for water. Tenant(s) pay for electric, garbage, recycling, and yard debris. Tenant(s) manage yard care with larger landscape matters being handled by property manager. Up to three pets allowed. First and last month rent plus security deposit due at lease signing. Lease will initially be for 12 months and then can be renewed for 12 months or continue as tenant(s) at will, month-to-month. No interior smoking. Smoking outside is allowed as long as more than 25 feet from any open doors or windows. Allowed to park up to four vehicles on the property, off street. Non-operational vehicles are not allowed to remain on the property for more than 7 days.
