3. Rent Payment
- Last month's rent is due in advance.
- Monthly rent payments are due on the 1st of each month.
4. Utilities
Tenant will pay utilities, including water, electricity, gas, and garbage services.
5. Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises and in all common areas.
6. Pet Policy
No pets are allowed on the premises.
7. Income Requirement
Prospective tenants should have a monthly income that is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.
8. Property Inspection
A thorough inspection of the property will be conducted at the termination of the lease. The security deposit will be returned, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear, within 21 days after the lease ends and keys are returned.
