You'll need to complete our application and have a minimum of 3 yrs acceptable rental history or equivalent and 1 yr continuous employment or equivalent. We check credit and criminal background as well as landlord and employment references. Security deposit is a minimum of 1-1/2 times a month's rent (could be larger depending on the outcome of the applications). Security deposit and prorated 1st month's rent are due at rental agreement/lease signing.
