It has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a queen bed (and ocean view) and a smaller room with a double bed and forest view.The apartment is available for a minimum of one week and a maximum of eleven months. All utilities are included. Our pet policy welcomes one well behaved and quiet cat or dog. There is wool wall-to-wall carpet in the living room and bedroom plus wood moldings throughout the apartment. The furniture and textiles are in excellent condition. The dining table seats 2 - 6 with pull out extensions. We require deposits and reliably return them if the property is maintained in good condition, which is usually the case. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. There is storage in the attic. EVs can be accomodated.
