Beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex, equipped with a 2 car garage with an electric door, washer/dryer hookups, sprinkler system, small back yard (not fully fenced in as landscape is provided per the guidelines of the Homeowners Association). No Pet Unit. Available in Cottage Grove, close to Harrison Elementary School and Lincoln Middle School. Rent is $1,950.00 a month and Security Deposit starts at $3,500. This is a month-to-month lease. Renters Insurance is required. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months' worth of income in the form of paystubs or bank statements and a valid form of identification. All applications must have income verification attached and a valid form of identification to be accepted. If the proof is not attached, we will not review the application. • Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. ? Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, SNAP, child support, etc. • A minimum of two rental references is preferred. • Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene. We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is at least 2.5x the amount of rent. Once the verifications have been completed and the property has been viewed, we will collect the fee for credit/criminal/eviction reports. Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A valid driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time.
