Gem Apartments

The Gem is located directly on the Oregon State University campus and provides every convenience you can imagine. Our modern apartment community offers fully-furnished studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes. Our apartment homes come furnished with a bed, desk and chair set, and a dresser. Getting those school projects completed will be a breeze with our 24/7 printing services and our well-appointed study lounges located on every floor. All utilities are also included as is seasonal air-conditioning. Socializing with your fellow neighbors is easy as we offer community gathering spaces, which feature an 80" plasma television, a fooseball table, and a billiards table. In addition, if you're in the mood to work out with friends our complete fitness facility is all yours each day of the week. You'll also have a festive time at our monthly planned resident events and parties. Located in the middle of the Willamette Valley, Corvallis is a charming college town surrounded by the beauty of mountain ranges and is close to the Oregon coast. Hiking and biking are common outdoor activities for OSU students and Corvallis features an extensive network of pedestrian pathways. We're also moments from public transportation and local coffee shops, such as the Beanery to grab that quick cup of coffee on the way to campus. Along with being a nonprofit organization, sustainability is very important to us. We utilize 100% clean wind energy throughout, our custodial teams use only green cleaning products. and low-flow aerators and shower heads are installed in all bathrooms to reduce water consumption.
