Each room in the house has an independent heating system, so your housemates' heating preferences won't affect your room. Every bedroom also has ethernet and cable wiring. We've even included a built-in mini-fridge in the hall just outside the third-floor bedrooms. You'll even have a secure package delivery box, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates. This home is PET-FRIENDLY!
