Bungalow 437 is near downtown Corvallis and OSU! The entire home is FULLY furnished (Furniture, dishes, Appliances, TV, etc.). It is an Airbnb/VRBO during the summer months. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, dresser, and desk. Bedroom #2 has a full/double bed and dresser inside the closet. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, dresser, and desk. Rent Lease terms will be for September 2026-June 2027 (OSU Fall/Winter/Spring Terms ONLY). ALL utilities, WIFI, water, yard maintenance, etc. are paid by the owner. House cleaning will also be provided bi-monthly. Basic cleaning items (paper towels, detergents, etc.) will be provided as well. There is a Front loading washer and dryer in the basement. No pets, smoking, drug use, or loud parties. Applicants must be female students at Oregon State University, no exceptions. Credit Score of 650+ desirable. If a Co-signer is required they must have 3 times rental income. $1500 Security Deposit, $150 Application Fee, and First month's rent due prior to move-in. Renter's Insurance is required.
