Included in the monthly rent is the electric, gas, internet and air conditioning. Resident is responsible for the water, sewer and garbage, which will be divided evenly amongst everyone. We offer a one-year lease or a month-to-month lease agreement. We do run background and credit checks. There is a $50 non- refundable application fee that is due upon completing an application.
