The suite consists of a bedroom, bath, and sitting room with kitchenette and laundry. In the sitting room is a trundle bed. This room opens onto a private upper patio that overlooks the property which is 1 acre of lawn, pond and gardens. It is light and bright with windows on 3 sides. The garden areas have been featured in the local garden tours and on HGTV (fruit and garden picking allowed). There is designated off street parking. We are in midtown close to the bus stop, shopping, parks and medical. Please check the calendar for availability date which is flexible. When it snows, I plow the driveway and blow off the sidewalks.
