Most are inhabited by the owner of the individual condo, so they take great care of it. The grounds and parking lot are clean. There are no broken down or trashy cars in the parking lots. The pool area is pristine and inviting. There are home owners association rules that prohibit signs or pictures, etc., in the windows, so you don't have to worry about your neighbor's political messages. This unit is our only rental property, so we take great care of it. You don't have to wait days to get hold of "your apartment manager." We are 10 minutes away and super responsive. Our last tenants just moved out and we have made the few necessary repairs, painted the entire place, and have brand new carpet being installed on 5/30. You'll want to live here once you see it.
