Additionally, one primary suite bedroom (approximately 350 sf) with its own bathroom/shower) available for $1,500 for one occupancy including all utilities ($100 additional for two occupancy). There are five bedrooms available on the 2nd floor of the house and one of the rooms is used by the owner and she is out of town often as she is retired. There are two spacious living rooms, dining room and kitchen area to share on the first floor. Plenty of Street parking available. One month minimum rent required.
