Lease Terms • All utilities included: electric,gas,water,and trash • Tenant is responsible for lawn care,air filters,light bulbs,and any repairs resulting from tenant-caused damage • Security deposit and prorated first month’s rent are due prior to move-in • No smoking inside the home • Pets allowed with non-refundable deposit and • No subleasing; overnight guests limited to 14 days • Renter’s insurance is recommended and may be purchased through the tenant portal or a local provider Application Process A free application is required before viewing for safety purposes. After viewing,a $50 background check is required (link provided after showing). Once approved,the deposit and prorated rent must be paid within 3 days to receive keys. The home will be offered to the first approved applicant ready to finalize the lease and move in.
