This is a listing for 2 private, fully furnished bedrooms and 1 private bathroom, all utilities included. These are inside of my house and I also live inside the house. This also included access to the other shared space in the 3000sf home. Basically you will be renting half of my house. This is perfect for a traveling professional or nurse. A modern farmhouse with many luxury amenities, an open floor plan, on a large lot, in a gated community, with private parking in the driveway / garage. It has a split floorplan. Perfect for a traveling professional, small family with older children, pets, or active people that like to cook, relax, and chill. You will find the property peaceful and quiet, with nearby access to the airport, downtown, and other local amenities. The house is located on a 3/4 acre lot in a private gated community. You will enjoy access to the common areas of my home and the guest quarters. The guest quarters consist of two queen beds, one with an adjustable base ghost bed, the other with a standard queen pillow top mattress. All of the sheets are luxury cotton sheets and there are many pillows and blankets to choose from. The rooms have 10' ceilings with ceiling fans, lamps, and 55' TVs in each room. There is a dedicated Keurig and minifridge on the guest side of the house. The two rooms are separated by double vanities and a full bath. Each room has their own private vanity and each room has their own private walk in closet. You will be allowed to exclusively access the two rooms and bathroom that you will be staying in. Shared Areas (only shared with myself and whomever you bring): - kitchen - living room w/ large HD TV - dining area - coffee & drink bar - patio (hot tub, fire table, solo stove, Traeger wood pellet oven, and gas bbq grill) - garage (weight room & sauna) - utility room (washer, dryer, iron & board, utility sink) Off Limits / No Access: - Master bedroom, bath, & closet, and the study - most of the west side of the house Some final notes, I live in the house, along with all of my personal property. I am an active work from home professional. I have a house that is way bigger than I need. I like nice things and enjoy people and company. I do not mind making my space available to others that would like a safe, clean, and nice place to stay while they are away on business or travel. I will mostly be tucked away in my study, or my quarters, but will be available to provide assistance or help with anything should the need arise. I will be mostly out of your hair and the place will be mostly yours while you are here. The property is located in a Private gated community with estate homes. You will need a car and there is plenty of space to park in the driveway or in the garage. This property is southwest of the airport, near SW 109th & Council, near Mustang, but still in OKC. 12 min to Will Rogers, 8 min to I44, 8 min to John Kilpatrick Turnpike, 11 min to Mustang, 17 min to Yukon, 23 min to Downtown. Uber and Lyft will service this location. Lease Details: If you're looking for a short term lease we can do 0 deposit and either party can terminate the lease with 7 days notice.
