This cute one bedroom one bathroom upstairs condo located in Highland Park comes partially furnished including a 55" wall mounted TV, sofa, tables, desk, bed and microwave(these items come with no warrantees and are provided at the owners discretion) There is a washer/dryer hookup inside the walk in closet and there is also a laundry room onsite. Condo is located close to the pool and courtyard area. Parking permit is required and will be provided for one car but there is plenty of guest parking located in front of the property. There is a bus stop just outside the gates with a Wal-Mart, CVS, and lots of fast food places close by. Water, sewer and garbage are provided. The rent is $850 a month and an $850 deposit with a one year lease, up to 2 cats are welcome with an additional $250 deposit. There is a $35 non refundable application fee however if you rent from us and pay your rent on time for six months the $35 will be credited to your seventh month of rent. The one year lease is negotiable for current OU students(proof required) Personal items and decor in photos are not included.
