Late checkouts must be approved by the management team and may incur a fee of $25 for a 1pm checkout or $35 for a same-day request. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $250. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each stay is allowed 2 bags of trash inside the unit; each bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. Please do not leave trash in the grass or backyard or porch. We have a strict NO PARTY and NO SMOKING rule and have devices in place to detect that. Please do not tamper with the device or there will be a $150 fine. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, but guests are responsible for acquiring more beyond that.
