Linden Apartments

The Linden Apartments in Bartlesville Oklahoma is a great place to live in a great location. We offer two and three bedroom apartments. Income and student guidelines do apply. DEPOSITS: A deposit of $200.00 is required to hold an apartment. Deposits may be refunded in the event the application is not accepted. APPLICATION FEES: A $25.00 non-refundable processing fee is charged for each adult applicant. This cost is for credit reporting and criminal background checks. Payments are made on-line. RENT PAYMENTS: Rent is due on the 1st and considered late on the 6th of each month. All payments are required to be made via online payment through the tenant portal. PETS: Small pets are accepted with appropriate fees. There is a $150 non-refundable fee per pet and a $35 per month per pet fee. The maximum weight limit for a pet is 25 lbs. No Pet fees will be charged for Service or ESA Animals UTILITIES: The water, sewer and trash service fees are paid by the owner. The apartments are all electric. The electric, telephone, and cable costs are paid by the resident. GARAGES: $50.00 per month. Garages may be used for parking or needed storage. APPLIANCES: Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer hookups for full size appliances are in every unit. SMOKING: This is a non-smoking community.
