Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Take advantage of the fenced-in backyard for your pup and be sure to venture out and explore Cleveland. This home is only a short walk to multiple lakefront parks, providing a perfect balance of tranquility and activity. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.
