We typically look for applicants with credit scores in the mid-600 range, although we do make exceptions for medical and student loan debt. Verified income should be approximately equivalent to the monthly rent on a weekly basis. For example, for a unit renting at $1000/month, we look for a gross income around $1000 /week.
