Monday-Friday @ 10:00am - 5:30pm Saturday @ 11:00am – 3:30pm Sunday @ 11:00pm – 3:30pm We are just a walk away from Historic Uptown Westerville. We offer a heated swimming pool, fitness center, billiards/game room, and a gathering room with a full kitchen. We have 2 styles of 1bed/1bath: The Deerfield (800sq.ft.) $1,455-$1,495 The Woodbury (850sq.ft) $1,520-$1,560 We have 3 styles of 2bed/2bath: The Preston (1095sq.ft.) $1,670-$1,710 The Andover (1200sq.ft.) $1,715-$1,805 The Andover with a 1 car attached garage-$1,995-$2,015 All 148 units have the same features, including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 9ft. ceilings, crown molding, as well as their own full-size washer and dryer. The apartments are self-metered for water. We do not allow pets on the property.
