Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer in the basement, and there is a three-car detached garage shared with first-floor tenants. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., after which cars must be moved to the driveway or garage to avoid a ticket. Pets are welcome, with the number of pets negotiable, and the cleaning fee is based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside the house, alert us immediately, and we will address the issue. Snow removal is not provided unless more than three to four inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows are available at this time.
